📋 Description

• Regularly process and review logs for transcript files in AWS and CaliforniaColleges.edu environments • Develop documentation that considers the technical and end user needs to create the transcript files and convey data validity concerns in an articulate, actionable manner • Ensure progress on cases in accordance with case management specifications • Support ongoing quality assurance testing on transcript files for existing and onboarding districts • Performing research and designing test case scenarios to identify system bugs • Support investigation and resolution of transcript file issues both structural and data validity • Develop and maintain documentation that supports the processing of transcript files • Communicating and/or virtually meeting with Data Leads in CCGI partner LEAs to resolve data file related items • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Math, Information Technology related major or equivalent professional experience • At least two years of cumulative professional experience • At least three years experience with K-12 or higher education transcript data sets • Familiarity with CALPADS data sets is a plus • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working with and analyzing complex data files and file formats • High level of comfort working with large data sets using text editors and SQL or similar language to query Transcript files • Familiarity with one or more K-12 student information systems (SIS), such as PowerSchool, Aeries, Infinite Campus, Synergy, etc., is required • Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation
