📋 Description

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of complex employee benefits clients • Develop and execute enrollment, service, and renewal strategies aligned with client objectives • Lead all phases of the client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing account management • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of client communications, reports, and service deliverables • Partner with Producers on client presentations, proposals, and growth initiatives • Mentor and support service team members while helping drive operational excellence • Maintain compliance, oversee client records, and leverage enrollment and benefits administration systems • Stay current on industry trends, products, and market developments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of employee benefits account management experience within a brokerage, consulting, or carrier environment • Experience managing complex, high-touch client relationships • Multi-life disability income experience preferred • Strong consultative, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities • Proven leadership and team collaboration experience • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and benefits administration platforms
