📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor, customer advocate, problem solver, and product expert for enterprise customers • Consult on onboarding Global 1000 customers and help them maximize platform value over time • Understand FourKites capabilities and customer business challenges to guide change and implementation • Execute implementations based on customer processes, requirements, and jointly established goals • Facilitate stakeholder training, executive reviews, and regular progress meetings • Oversee complex enterprise projects from initiation through deployment • Coordinate technical leads, carrier operations specialists, and external stakeholders across multiple time zones • Develop project roadmaps, manage scope changes, maintain timelines, and identify risks early • Provide customer feedback to the product team and help align the product roadmap with customer goals • Partner with Sales and Customer Success from pre-sales through transition and beyond • Analyze implementation strengths and opportunities to drive continuous improvement • Maintain alignment among executives, IT teams, operations managers, and end users throughout the implementation lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion • Passion for helping customers realize the value of FourKites for supply chain challenges and advocating for customer success • Proven ability to present to and influence C-suite executives and technical architects • Ability to facilitate productive meetings, resolve conflicts, and maintain team alignment across global enterprise environments • Analytical capability to break down complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities • Track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations with meticulous attention to quality and detail • Ability to translate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and vice versa, creating comprehensive documentation • Proven success collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams • Strong SaaS implementation expertise; supply chain, logistics, or transportation experience is a strong bonus • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites for key implementation milestones; 20–25% travel expectation • Chicago, IL or Remote, USA
