📋 Description

• Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize member impact and company benefits • Guide cross-functional teams through the design process • Ensure successful implementation of new features and functionalities across multiple platforms • Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience • Communicate design rationale to stakeholders • Support user experience research and share findings • Integrate research insights into product development to refine user interactions • Work within, expand, and maintain a comprehensive design system • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to create exceptional, user-friendly experiences • Design experiences for a product that enables members to access health data in real time

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience • At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience • 2 years of dedicated product design experience • Proficiency in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography • Diverse and compelling online portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects • Willingness to challenge assumptions and commit to ongoing professional development • Experience with Figma • Experience leading or participating in user experience research • Experience working closely with front-end developers • Basic understanding of front-end technologies • Knowledge of cross-platform design principles for web, iOS, and Android • Start-up experience, especially as a former founder or early hire • Knowledge of or experience with health technologies such as Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, and CGMs
