📋 Description

• Design and develop sophisticated software solutions that are scalable, robust, and maintainable • Lead engineering efforts while actively coding and managing the team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership • Drive high-impact projects from conception to delivery • Resolve complex technical challenges and improve the platform • Monitor emerging technologies and trends and apply them to the platform • Enable members to access their health data in real time • Ensure scalability, performance, and security across systems

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of proven experience in software engineering • Significant portion of experience in a leadership capacity within a startup environment • Active coding responsibilities alongside team management • Passion for leveraging technology to enhance healthcare • Extensive software development experience • Proficiency in Python • Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud • Familiarity with Docker • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) • Experience building and maintaining large-scale systems • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Comfort with remote work and effectiveness in a collaborative, distributed team environment • Continuous learner open to questioning assumptions and dedicated to innovation
