• Define and execute the company’s revenue operations strategy to support growth and scalability • Align sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to maximize acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities • Design, implement, and manage sales compensation structures, quotas, territories, and commission plans that drive performance, ensure fairness, and align with financial goals • Standardize workflows and processes across GTM teams to improve efficiency, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates • Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack (CRM, analytics tools, automation platforms) to support scale • Partner with Finance to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance models • Define KPIs, establish accountability, and create visibility into revenue performance • Lead, mentor, scale, and inspire a high-performing Revenue Operations team with a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
• 10+ years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations roles in high growth B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading teams • Bachelor's or Masters degree in related field • Demonstrated experience designing and managing sales compensation and commission plans that drive performance and align with company goals • Strong command of forecasting, metrics, and data-driven decision-making • Proven track record of design of designing scalable processes that align sales, marketing, customer success, and finance • Expertise with Salesforce, analytics tools, and revenue tech stacks • Track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams • Experience working with founder lead • Track record of scaling founder-led organizations by driving alignment and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing and customer success
