📋 Description

• Draft, prepare, and document accurate fund financial statements for investment funds • Contribute significantly to automating and implementing scalable processes • Identify opportunities to improve reporting through technology and operational efficiencies • Support timely and accurate fund financial reporting • Participate significantly in regulatory and compliance filings • Implement and enhance controls over the financial reporting process • Support team members with a strong commitment to quality, accountability, and client service • Stay current on FASB reporting requirements and best practices and incorporate relevant changes into client financial reporting • Coordinate with clients, auditors, counsel, and internal teams to deliver complete, accurate, and timely reporting and filings • Deliver exemplary service to clients and their investors

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience preparing investment fund financial statements • Experience with investment funds or SEC filings for registered investment companies • Experience implementing and improving processes that enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement presentation • Strong data management skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to participate in projects and make sound decisions with appropriate guidance and team coordination • Passion for learning, improving processes, supporting team members, and helping others succeed • Commitment to understanding, problem-solving, and asking questions that lead to better outcomes • Exceptional written communication skills and exacting attention to detail • Proficiency in prioritization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Experience with fund administration software is a plus, but not required
