• Support delivery of high-quality, high-impact interventions across the FFA programmatic offer, including work experience, insight days and school talks • Work closely with programme teams to support delivery and coordination of programmatic activities • Support stakeholders, including employers providing work experience programmes • Support delivery of work experience virtually and in person • Share best practice with the delivery team • Maintain understanding of virtual technologies used in activity delivery • Support and cover Customer Support colleagues as required • Respond to work experience placement enquiries from schools and students via email and telephone • Provide on-demand technical support to stakeholders during activities • Follow work experience delivery processes using in-house software and external partner systems • Facilitate programmatic activity as determined by the Delivery Partner Manager • Coordinate defined delivery partner elements of FFA interventions • Follow manual programme delivery processes and update systems • Input new CRM data and maintain existing placement and contact records • Adhere to data compliance standards and best practices • Ensure safeguarding best practice in organisational activity • Represent and work to Futures For All's values
• Experience in a similar delivery-focussed role within a small, fast-paced organisation • Experience using Microsoft packages, including Outlook • Experience of using CRM software • Good customer service skills that mean queries are answered professionally and clearly • Excellent organisation skills and ability to learn quickly • Flexibility and willingness to support varied team tasks • Ability to clearly communicate with students • Sociable and confident, with ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders • Ability to organise workload and drive work forward independently • Ability to think strategically and change tactics while meeting larger objectives • Right to work in the UK • Successful applicants subject to a DBS check • Desirable: Experience of working in programme support in education charities • Desirable: Experience of supporting young people via charity programmes • Desirable: Experience of using Google Classrooms • Desirable: Experience of using Salesforce
