📋 Description

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CEO • Define the ICP wedge, pricing model, and product positioning • Expand from internal design partners to external creators, teams, and agencies • Validate retention and willingness to pay • Build the go-to-market motion through creator-led distribution • Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback • Improve extraction quality, clustering relevance, and draft usefulness • Lead the seed raise with support from FutureSight's network and traction • Recruit and lead the founding team • Establish the company's cultural foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Direct exposure to the creator economy, marketing technology, social platforms, or knowledge-work tooling • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the applicant's founder goals
