📋 Description

• Provide critical leadership and technical oversight for the Security Engineering team • Secure GFiber’s core network infrastructure • Drive successful deployment of key security initiatives • Lead and mentor the Security Engineering team with technical oversight and strategic direction • Architect and implement robust security controls • Use AI and automation to solve complex security problems and streamline SecEng operations • Partner with engineering and operations teams to embed security best practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 10 years of experience in network security or security engineering • Experience designing and implementing security architectures • 3 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams • CISSP, CISM, or similar industry-recognized security certifications preferred • Demonstrated creativity in applying AI tools to solve engineering or security problems preferred
