📋 Description

• Interface with technical teams and clients to gather technical specifications for design and delivery of final solutions • Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex programs • Understand requirements and scope and oversee technical work on projects • Assist developers with estimating and designing technical solutions • Ensure technical solutions align with existing systems, account standards, and quality expectations • Design, develop, and maintain data processing applications meeting customer business needs and technical considerations • Code, test, and implement computer programs in developmental and maintenance modes as needed • Define system requirements and priorities with customers and ensure daily needs are met • Develop system and programming specifications • Research and resolve application production problems • Monitor application performance and perform runtime improvement functions • Prepare system documentation • Participate in code reviews • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24x7 batch production environments • Provide off-hours support for patching, deployments, and incident response • Support vulnerability remediation efforts in partnership with security teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Applications Development and Batch Programming with Linux, C, Shell Scripting, and SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) • Healthcare Financial IT Systems experience is highly desired • Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for the design, creation, and testing of programs • Strong written/oral communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients • Work must occur within the continental United States: 48 contiguous states plus Alaska • Must work during core business hours between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (CST), unless otherwise coordinated • Must participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24x7 batch production environments • Must provide off-hours support for night and weekend patching, deployments, and incident response • Must perform and support vulnerability remediation efforts • Active participation in virtual collaboration; camera on for all internal and client meetings • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
