📋 Description
• Support customer engagement and opportunity development with the regional business development team • Lead preparation of engineering scopes, cost estimates, and proposals • Deliver engineering projects across scope, schedule, cost, and quality • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors • Develop a network of qualified engineering subcontractors in North America • Mentor and grow the regional engineering capability
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical/Process, or related engineering discipline • 8–10+ years in project engineering, plant design, or EPC environments • Experience preparing technical scopes, estimates, and proposals • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects • Background in mineral processing, materials handling, or heavy industrial plants • Comfortable in customer-facing technical roles
