• Coordinate, schedule and deliver objective based system / feature training and education support for customer accounts over an extended period while demonstrating full range of product features, capabilities and benefits. • Execute training through rigorous implementation of skill checklists and assessments and drive thorough recording of outcomes. • Communicate results to broad constituency. • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. • Advance new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation and ongoing training needs. • Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues and specialty training requests. • Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
• Must have active CAMRT or OTIMRS professional clinical/technical certifications. • Current clinical/technical experience in hospital/clinic setting with demonstrated proficiency in the radiography modality. • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently. • Willingness to travel extensively (including overnights & some weekends) within your specified geographic region and nationally, and into the US for internal training. • Ability to communicate effectively using local language (English), Bilingual French an asset. • Previous Clinical Applications or instructing experience an asset.
