• Drive outbound pipeline growth and new client acquisition for Gelato’s Smart Wallet SDK and Rollup-as-a-Service (RaaS). • Collaborate closely with senior BD leaders and technical teams to execute strategic outreach and support partner growth across key verticals.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales (Web3, Infrastructure, or FinTech). • Demonstrated ability to build outbound pipelines and manage early-stage deal cycles. • Strong curiosity and understanding of Web3 infra (wallets, rollups, SDKs, or developer tools). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment. • **Nice to Have** • Existing network among wallets, rollups, or protocol teams. • Experience with SDK or API-based product sales. • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
