• Engage a high volume of cold contacts, moving them from initial outreach to qualified prospects through follow-up and education • Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualifying interest and converting them into opportunities • Drive new meetings and pipeline opportunities for Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers by clearly articulating Genea’s value • Identify customer pain points and business challenges, positioning how Genea’s solutions address those needs • Consistently hand off sales-ready meetings and opportunities to Account Executives or Regional Sales Managers with strong discovery completed • Ensure leads are routed correctly and provide complete background details • Leverage Salesforce and HubSpot for accurately tracking metrics and reporting on lead activity • Meet and exceed activity and quota goals to help hit revenue targets • Build rapport quickly with both prospects and internal stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute as a strong team player • Apply an understanding of sales cycles and qualification frameworks to outreach and qualification

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS Sales or business development • Proven track record of leveraging outbound sales playbooks and refining outreach cadences • Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar tools) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: Physical Security or Access Control sales experience • Understanding of sales cycles and qualification frameworks • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset • Authorized to work in the United States (Genea participates in E-Verify)
