📋 Description

• Drive physician hiring during a period of rapid growth • Own requisitions from intake through offer • Conduct cold outreach, phone screens, candidate check-ins, and hiring manager syncs • Source candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels • Own full-cycle recruiting for physician roles • Run high-volume phone screens assessing role fit, motivation, and baseline clinical qualifications • Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby with clean tracking and timely follow-up • Use AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, screening, and reach • Represent the employer brand in outreach and candidate interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience • Physician recruiting experience required • Telehealth/virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred • Proven sourcing experience building physician pipelines • Comfort and enthusiasm for high call volumes • Ability to thrive in low-structure, fast-changing environments • Ashby experience is a plus • NP or other licensed-provider recruiting experience is a plus
