📋 Description

• Handle standard service requests, change management, and provisioning activities. • Monitor Azure environments, including platform resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, and managed services (e.g., managed databases). • Provide technical support, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors when needed. • Manage Azure administration tasks such as OS management, patching, Kubernetes (AKS), backups, tags, dashboards, and more. • Review or develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Azure DevOps pipelines. • Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO). • Monitor and optimize system performance, including capacity planning and resource allocation. • Support Linux system administration tasks: installation, configuration, and maintenance. • Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles and a minimum of 5 years in the IT sector. • Solid experience with Azure monitoring and incident resolution. • Strong background in Azure administration, including AKS, OS and patch management, and cloud operational tasks • Experience working with IaC using Terraform or Azure DevOps. • Proficiency in Windows Server administration • Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO management. • Experience with Linux system administration tasks: installation, configuration, and maintenance. • English and Spanish proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory). • Azure Certifications • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, supporting productivity and reliability initiatives.
