📋 Description

• Manage a team of freelance writers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high value content projects are completed on time • Manage customer stories, including written and video formats • Manage blog articles, ebooks, and long-form assets • Write short-form copy for digital ads and emails • Review and edit content for alignment with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards • Review content briefs and suggest content enhancements • Manage the North America Customer Story program, including promotion, customer interviews, follow-up reviews, and final approvals • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements • Suggest content additions or improvements to enhance campaign performance • Manage and prioritize work based on corporate and team objectives • Monitor and report on metrics such as customer stories, engagement, and traffic

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial management • Proven experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines) • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle overlapping deadlines and stakeholders • Experience managing freelance writers or agency partners • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities • Working knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Experience using a project management platform • Candidate must be located anywhere in the East or Central USA
