📋 Description

• Learn to become an expert on Gerber Collision & Glass processes and every position’s responsibilities in the WOW Process • Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan • Complete CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks • Complete Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks • Complete Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months • Successfully complete role-based competencies for each position in the shop • Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way • WOW every customer and strive to be the best in collision and glass services

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • College or Military background preferred • Automotive technical education training preferred • Completed courses specializing in repair procedures • Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop • Must learn Gerber Collision & Glass processes and every position’s responsibilities in the WOW Process
