📋 Description

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms • Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience • Identify trends, content opportunities, and emerging formats that increase engagement • Grow audience reach, followers, and community engagement organically • Collaborate with leadership to turn coaching content, events, testimonials, and success stories into social media assets • Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement • Engage with followers and help foster an active online community • Research competitors and industry leaders to identify content opportunities • Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules • Support video, short-form content, and repurposing initiatives across channels

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of US/Canadian culture, language, humor, and consumer behavior • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior • Excellent written English communication skills • Experience creating engaging content for social media • Ability to identify trends and adapt content quickly • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content calendars • Creative thinker with a growth mindset • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment • Experience growing social media accounts organically (Nice to Have) • Background in content creation, community management, or social media marketing (Nice to Have) • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (Nice to Have) • Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with the real estate, coaching, education, or entrepreneurship industries (Nice to Have)
