• 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on mid-market and enterprise customers (1,000–5,000+ employees) and proven success in new logo acquisition. • You are a true hunter — new logo sales is your forte. • You consistently exceed your targets and are known for it. • You navigate complex buying centers involving HR, IT, Communications and C-level stakeholders with confidence. • You manage sales cycles in a structured and effective way — e.g., using MEDDPICC or comparable frameworks. • Business-level proficiency in German and English — written and spoken, especially at executive level. • You value in-person interaction and are willing to travel for team offsites, QBRs, or key customer meetings.
