📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes customer-centric values and continuous improvement. • Develop tactics, objectives and key results, activities, and milestones to protect and grow MRR, including onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support. • Drive revenue forecasting and risk documentation for visibility to senior leadership. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer success strategies with broader company objectives. • Utilize domain expertise to serve as an advisor and resource for Technical Account Managers and customers. • Assist Technical Account Managers as they support customers through software implementation, provide recommendations for optimization, and drive adoption of Nerdio Manager. • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, acting as a point of escalation to coordinate issue management and problem resolution. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify and leverage customer success stories and testimonials. • Enable new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical management role. • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud computing, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and related technologies. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent technical and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Deep understanding and experience in driving product adoption. • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
