• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) contacts all inbound leads to qualify opportunities. • Prospects new business and escalates qualified leads to a Regional Sales Manager. • Provides sales support in various ways to the Regional Sales Manager. • Maintains up-to-date information in Salesforce and assists with customer inquiries.
