📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from shaping requirements to deployment and monitoring • Design technical solutions that involve both frontend interfaces and backend integrations • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to bring new end-user features to life • Define and champion engineering best practices across frontend and backend development • Contribute to the evolution of the technical architecture as the platform and user base grow • Participate in code reviews, mentor other engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing • Help continually improve engineering processes, tools and ways of working; act in a tech lead capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in software engineering, with significant frontend experience and comfortable working full-stack • Highly proficient in React, TypeScript and GraphQL, with strong grasp of backend fundamentals in Node.js • Experience designing technical solutions involving APIs, database models and service integration • Understanding of scalability, performance and security across both frontend and backend • Experience working closely with product and design teams to build end-user features • Comfortable mentoring others and helping set technical direction • Bonus: experience working on fintech products or complex transactional systems
