📋 Description

• Define the multi-year roadmap for the commercial platform ecosystem, including SFDC, CPQ, and pricing tools • Manage and mentor a team of SMEs specializing in SFDC and CPQ • Lead AI/ML implementation in commercial platforms, including predictive quoting, automated price optimization, AI-assisted lead scoring, and intelligent product recommendations • Collaborate with Digital Technology, Pricing, and Sales Operations on platform scalability, data integrity, and ERP/front-end sales tool integration • Monitor KPIs such as quote-to-cash velocity, win rates, CPQ adoption, and CRM data health • Implement continuous improvements to reduce friction in the sales process • Establish global standards for data usage, platform configuration, and change management • Translate complex business problems into functional, automated solutions for technical developers • Drive organizational adoption through training, enablement, and proactive communication • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the commercial toolstack and AI-enabled workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing enterprise-grade commercial platforms, specifically Salesforce (SFDC) and major CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, or Apttus/Conga • Ability to articulate and execute a vision for a connected commercial ecosystem • Deep understanding of the quote-to-cash (Q2C) process • Experience implementing AI-driven features or digital transformation initiatives in a commercial or sales environment • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach a technical team of analysts or platform specialists • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence leaders in Finance, IT, and Commercial Operations • Proficiency in analyzing system performance metrics to drive business decisions • 5–10 years of intensive Salesforce experience • Familiarity with complex product structures, engineered-to-order (ETO) workflows, or long-cycle B2B sales • Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as CPQ Specialist or Administrator, or PMP/Agile certifications • Understanding of enterprise integration layers such as MuleSoft or Boomi and CRM/CPQ connections to SAP/Oracle backend ERPs • Experience leading platform transformation projects across multiple geographies or business units • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
