📋 Description

• Serve as liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers • Own customer relationships and contribute to overall business strategy • Act as the single point of contact for customers and manage customer communications • Manage customer portfolio P&L and growth • Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers • Develop site customer communication plans and coordinate regular GE/customer reviews • Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations, including concessions • Develop outage scope and communicate scope to Outage Field Services • Manage outage and non-outage parts planning, quotes, and parts orders • Manage the Outage 360 process and process change orders • Lead resolution of emergent and forced outages • Organize pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings • Manage customer invoicing and credit memo processing • Manage on-site repairs and part/component repairs, including repair scope, quotes, scheduling, and issue resolution • Own contract leadership and fulfillment, including project deliverables, terms and conditions, LD and bonus structure, and new technology integration • Sell flow-type services including parts, outage field services, and lease engines from opportunity identification through sales conversion • Manage Digital and Total Plant Solutions agreements and coordinate with functional groups

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College OR an Associate's degree OR a High School Diploma / GED with 7 years of experience in a power generation industry • Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power experience • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a technical / engineering degree, such as Mechanical or Electrical • Experience planning and executing outages • Strong quality background with Black Belt certification • Strong leadership, financial, and commercial skills • Experience working with customer leadership teams • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
