• Lead the technical aspects of multi-year service contracts and warranty agreements. • Actively and promptly respond to system issues. • Promote a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication. • Maintain system logs consolidating all failure-related data for synchronous condenser projects. • Analyze system malfunctions and equipment failures. • Develop, implement, and analyze maintenance programs and test procedures. • Provide support to site teams during commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. • Review site reports related to commissioning activities.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Knowledge of rotating machines (generators or synchronous condensers). • Experience in the maintenance and commissioning of high-voltage equipment. • Fluent in written and spoken English and French. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability to document work, prepare technical reports, and plan on-site activities. • Knowledge of control and protection systems for high-voltage equipment and substations. • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
