📋 Description

• Manage the risk profile of all commercial deals within the GE Vernova Hydropower Business • Ensure tenders are underwritten in accordance with GE Vernova standards and comply with GE Vernova and GE Vernova Hydro risk management processes and policies • Partner with commercial leaders and functional experts to identify, characterize, and mitigate risks for each tender • Validate the risk–reward balance of each tender, including terms and conditions, technical requirements, financing, and schedule • Manage the Hydropower risk process and lead risk review gates in the ITO process • Stay closely connected to project execution to gather feedback and continuously improve tender-stage risk analysis • Leverage project lessons learned and best practices from other businesses to maintain strong risk control at the tender stage • Report to the Hydro Global Commercial and Strategy Leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience • Experience managing complex EPC projects and/or in risk management • High degree of autonomy in organizing risk activities in collaboration with the other Risk Manager • Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and summarize complex and diverse problems • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively at the executive level • Proven interpersonal and leadership capabilities in a global, multicultural environment • A background in engineering, contract management, finance, or project management is a strong advantage
