📋 Description

• Manage construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer sites • Oversee site mobilization, civil work, erection, and commissioning • Take responsibility for the entire scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phases • Act under the direction of and on behalf of the overall project leader • Lead the site team and manage execution of project scope of work • Manage multiple project sites when applicable • Ensure schedule, quality, and cost comply with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility • Analyze data and provide recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Support colleagues with less experience • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Influence others on topics within the field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Minimum of 15 years of advanced experience in substation construction, site installation, and commissioning • Deep understanding of electrical design • Site safety experience • OSHA knowledge/experience • Ability to travel domestically as required; approximately 90% travel within the US • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
