📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and lead qualification through proposals and closing • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking • Position hardware, software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure solutions • Build consultative relationships with prospects and customers to uncover business needs and deliver tailored solutions • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, technical specialists, product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams • Use CRM tools to track activity, opportunities, and results • Provide feedback to improve go-to-market execution • Achieve or exceed established sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience • Experience selling technology solutions, IT, cloud/SaaS, or computer hardware • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and developing new business opportunities • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing startup team • Experience working for an IT value-added reseller (VAR) • Experience selling to IT decision-makers is an asset • Manufacturer or technology provider experience is a plus • Familiarity with recurring revenue models (MRR/ARR) • Background in consultative/value-based selling • Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or cloud services is an asset
