📋 Description

• Meet or exceed quota while fostering strong customer relationships • Articulate the value of GitLab to Mid Market prospects and customers • Act as the CEO for the book of business in your territory: document buying criteria and process, build pipeline, prospect and close new business, ensure adoption and avoid churn, collaborate with partners, create accurate quarterly forecasts, and drive event attendance • Contribute to root cause analyses on wins and losses and communicate lessons to the team • Contribute to documenting improvements in the sales handbook • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Renewals, Sales Development) to provide account leadership in pre- and post-sales processes • Be the voice of the customer by contributing product ideas to the public issue tracker • Master MEDPICC and Command of the Message on all opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record of Enterprise Sales, selling to Financial Services clients • Experience selling similar types of software and SaaS solutions • Demonstrated progressive experience with Software sales through pitching on value • Track record of breaking into new accounts • Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Motivated, driven, and results-oriented • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills • Preferred experience with Git, Software Development Tools, Application Lifecycle Management • Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers in person and comply with company travel policy • Master MEDPICC and Command of the Message on all opportunities
