📋 Description
• Provide strategic direction to clients on optimizing AI platform adoption. • Own analytical narratives and report KPI improvements. • Drive retention and net revenue retention of accounts. • Build relationships across client organizations to enable software adoption. • Maintain proficiency in the platform to translate capabilities. • Develop and execute training initiatives for client teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a similar strategic client-facing role. • Proven SaaS Expertise. • Fintech Experience Preferred. • Financial Services Appetite. • Relationship Management Mastery. • Data-Driven Communication. • High AI Appetite & Proactive Adoption. • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. • Travel: Must be willing to travel 30% of the time.
