📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain quarterly and annual reporting for group retirement plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Develop and update governance and performance reports for client presentations and internal review • Support the Senior Managing Consultant in managing client relationships, including responding to inquiries related to plan design, performance, and issues • Liaise with insurance carriers and providers to gather data, resolve issues, and obtain plan information • Actively participate in client meetings (virtual and occasional in-person), contributing insights and supporting overall client deliverables • Assist in the coordination and execution of client deliverables across both group health and group retirement programs • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all reporting aligns with client expectations and compliance standards • Provide ongoing administrative and analytical support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in benefits advising • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite • Demonstrated experience with group benefits and group retirement plans • Familiarity with insurance carrier reporting platforms and tools • Solid understanding of Group Retirement Plans and Group Health Benefits • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders • A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset, with a genuine interest in developing within the benefits consulting space
