• Lead the full onboarding and offboarding experience. • Manage employee data and records. • Build and maintain automations and workflows. • Keep People Ops documentation accurate and organized. • Manage projects for People initiatives. • Execute team engagement experiences. • Respond to People-related questions promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations/Human Resources. • Advanced, hands-on Rippling experience as an admin. • Skilled at using AI tools to increase productivity. • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Clear and confident communicator in a remote-first environment. • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp.
