📋 Description

• Support execution of GoodLife Fitness’ partnership, public relations, influencer, and special events initiatives • Plan and execute special events, activations, and experiences, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support • Assist with event timelines, budgets, contracts, post-event reporting, evaluations, and documentation • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers for event execution • Coordinate GoodLife’s Influencer Program, including onboarding, scheduling, communications, content tracking, approvals, asset management, databases, contracts, and performance trackers • Support influencer performance reporting, campaign analysis, and trend monitoring • Coordinate partnership initiatives, activations, campaigns, timelines, deliverables, approvals, onboarding, communications, and relationship management • Maintain partnership trackers, contracts, reporting documents, and internal resources • Coordinate stakeholders to ensure partnership commitments are delivered accurately and on time • Support research and preparation for potential partnership opportunities • Support public relations initiatives, media monitoring, content coordination, reporting, PR materials, presentations, briefing notes, and internal communications • Coordinate communications approvals, timelines, and distribution across teams and external partners • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to support workflows and deliverables • Provide administrative and project support for special events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, post graduate degree or diploma in public relations/communications or integrated marketing • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, public relations/communications, events, or related coordination roles • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong knowledge of social media and digital platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams • Strong time management and follow-through • Professional judgment, discretion, and integrity • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness • Alignment with GoodLife’s Purpose and Core Values • Monthly travel can be expected
