📋 Description

• Design and implement new features for the AI chatbot platform and contribute to the technical roadmap • Rapidly build proof-of-concepts to validate chatbot capabilities, agent behaviors, and product ideas before production builds • Use LangSmith to trace, debug, evaluate, and monitor LLM applications in development and production • Collaborate with engineers to foster solid engineering principles and represent engineering values • Demo new features to internal stakeholders at company-wide all-hands meetings • Own projects from initial concept through release, emphasizing customer outcomes • Work in ambiguity and pivot as the technology landscape shifts • Work with React, Redux, Node, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redis, Postgres, vector databases, AWS Cloud Technologies, and evolving languages, systems, and models

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Full Stack Software Development • 3+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript • 3+ years experience in Node.js • Hands-on experience building conversational agents with LangGraph.js (multi-turn dialogue management, tool/function calling) • Experience with debugging tools, such as Datadog • Experience with relational databases • Experience with event driven architecture • Solid understanding of REST communication • Excellent time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer empathy • Product driven mindset • Strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality work • Comfortable learning new technologies and systems • Candidate must be located in Canada
