📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between Finance and IT, turning user needs into technical solutions • Act as a “Super User” and level 2 support layer, resolving user issues and help desk tickets • Manage post-go-live task and action logs • Own configuration updates in Oracle production environments • Manage Oracle service requests through resolution • Align Oracle solutions with Finance and business strategy • Analyze processes and recommend optimization and process improvements • Lead Oracle quarterly update and regression testing • Review and implement quarterly Oracle enhancements • Participate in functional unit testing and help lead system and user acceptance testing • Review and approve functional and technical design specifications and application configuration guides • Lead configuration, conversion, integration, and report design and testing • Prepare test plans and test cases, conduct UAT, and track defects • Write complex SQL to analyze, validate, and reconcile Oracle-related data flows • Partner with teams to resolve cross-team issues and support special projects, integrations, and reporting needs • Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications • Lead solution adoption activities, including UAT readiness, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer • Engage stakeholders throughout OneStream application configuration to obtain feedback before release

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst • Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience, ideally Financials (GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) • Advanced SQL: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregation and query optimization on large datasets • Proven requirements gathering and documentation (functional specs, process maps, user stories) • Experience with testing, including regression, SIT and UAT, and with support or help desk processes • Experience with data mapping, validation and reconciliation across systems • Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical partners • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience • Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycles and Fusion reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI or FRS • Participation in an Oracle Fusion implementation or upgrade • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile practices and tools like Jira or Confluence • Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain or logistics
