📋 Description

• Lead business analysis efforts and develop business requirement definitions and feature identification • Identify opportunities to close gaps, streamline processes, increase efficiency and quality, reduce costs, eliminate waste, support auditing controls and compliance, educate clients, improve communication, and increase client satisfaction • Consult with subject matter experts to translate customer needs into business requirement documentation • Work with vendors and IT to review solutions, complete fit/gap analyses, and support recommendations to senior management • Mentor other team members • Assess impacts on current and future business processes and systems, including upstream and downstream effects • Develop advanced reports and dashboards to drive decision-making • Serve as liaison between IT, Corporate Services departments, and field locations • Communicate with impacted and interested groups within Corporate Services, Protiviti, and field locations • Solicit input from internal and external clients on processes, procedures, and technology • Conduct management training sessions related to system enhancements and changes to processes, procedures, or policies • May visit field locations onsite to conduct or facilitate management training related to system enhancements, auditing, compliance, or process changes • Ensure a high level of customer service to internal and external customers • Facilitate stakeholder and end-user meetings to gather feedback on potential solutions • Perform basic configuration in non-production platform instances to demonstrate potential solutions • Propose basic functional solutions based on business and platform understanding • Lead process optimization initiatives and support change management efforts • Act as a trusted advisor aligning business needs with technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• AA or Certification degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of business functional area experience • 5+ years’ experience with Business Applications • MS Office Suite experience • Complete SDLC experience • Ability to document process and data flows • Extensive in-depth knowledge of multiple enterprise applications • Experience with various project management methodologies • Functional knowledge of Salesforce and ability to map its capabilities to business issues • Ability to communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise • Ability to communicate complex business information to partners and stakeholders • Ability to communicate in-depth business processes to technical resources • Ability to create complex process flow diagrams or flowcharts • Ability to gather and document requirements and confirm observations with business owners, stakeholders, and senior management • Ability to perform fit/gap analysis on medium to large project initiatives • Ability to write complex queries and reports • Ability to develop and manage multiple enterprise-wide project plans while meeting deliverables and timelines • Ability to execute based on directions from a senior team member • Successful completion of a background check • Obtain admin-level platform certification
