📋 Description
• Define and communicate GP Strategies' technology and product portfolio vision • Develop and own a global roadmap aligned to client needs, market trends, and business priorities • Decide when to build, buy, partner, or integrate technology solutions • Lead development of technology-enabled products and services supporting business growth • Prioritize initiatives based on client impact, commercial value, strategic fit, and delivery feasibility • Establish portfolio governance and investment frameworks • Shape the approach to AI-enabled products, services, and internal capabilities • Identify opportunities where automation, data, and AI improve efficiency, client outcomes, and competitive differentiation • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with responsible AI principles • Lead global Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Support Services teams • Build a high-performing culture focused on innovation, accountability, agility, and continuous improvement • Partner with organizational stakeholders to drive delivery and adoption of strategic initiatives • Develop technology-enabled solutions that create competitive advantage • Support proposition development, client engagement, and revenue growth through technology innovation • Measure success through business outcomes, client value, adoption, and commercial performance • Report to the Chief People & Technology Officer
🎯 Requirements
• Significant leadership experience in Product, Technology, Engineering, Digital, or Innovation functions • Experience leading global teams and operating in complex matrix organizations • Successful track record of developing and scaling technology-enabled products, platforms, or services • Experience translating market opportunities and customer needs into clear product and technology strategies • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS platforms, enterprise technology, and digital transformation • Commercial acumen and experience influencing growth, revenue, or investment decisions • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills • Experience in learning technology, talent or HR technology, professional services, consulting, digital transformation, enterprise software, workforce transformation, or technology-enabled services
