📋 Description

• Manage projects from initiation through closure in alignment with PMO lifecycle standards, including kick-off, planning, execution, reporting, retrospectives, and project closeout • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and overall client satisfaction • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and delivery milestones • Apply approved AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve project planning, reporting, operational efficiency, and overall delivery effectiveness • Maintain accurate project documentation and artifacts within approved systems, including SharePoint as the source of truth • Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing schedules, and financial reporting • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring proper escalation and change control processes • Produce high-quality status reports, executive updates, and project documentation for clients and leadership teams • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements • Facilitate lessons learned sessions and retrospectives to support continuous improvement • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced and evolving environment • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and repeat business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, Education, Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience managing end-to-end project delivery • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams • Proven success managing client-facing projects in complex and fast-changing environments • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and schedules • Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills • Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship-building abilities • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management tools • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to improve project outcomes • Strong risk management, change management, and decision-making skills • Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification • Preferred: Experience within Learning & Development, Learning Experience (LX), Digital Learning, or Consulting environments • Preferred: Familiarity with instructional design, learning technologies, or learning transformation projects
