📋 Description

• Cover Montreal South Shore, including Sainte Julie, St-Bruno-de-Montarville, and Sainte-Catherine • Service multiple customer locations on a designated route • Receive and stock purchased products at designated customer locations • Scan orders as inventory is depleted to maintain proper stocking levels • Ensure inventory locations have accurate labeling and quantities • Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately according to Grainger policies and procedures • Comply with Grainger and facility safety and inspection requirements • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) • Perform machine break/fix activities at customer sites • Plan and execute customer inventory projects • Collect inventory data at customer sites • Support the KeepStock implementation process with accurate information • Assist customers with staging, labeling, and organizing products • Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes • Travel as required • Perform assigned branch responsibilities • Generate new orders by identifying additional product needs and spot-buy opportunities • Execute onsite service components of account strategies • Collaborate with sales partners to improve customer experience and increase business

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (i.e., Retail / telephone / warehouse) environment • Self-motivated, with high energy and dedication to customer service and sales growth • Comfortable with daily use of technology • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers and cross-functional partners • Strong judgment and independent problem-solving skills • Understanding of Grainger’s Core Value Proposition • Ability to handle various technical and operational issues • Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Background checks and drug screening may be required • May be required to use a personal vehicle with valid insurance meeting Grainger’s standards • Willingness to attend customer sites • Compliance with customer screening procedures when requested • Compliance with applicable health and safety legislation and PPE requirements at customer sites
