📋 Description

• Cover Montreal South Shore, including Sainte Julie, St-Bruno-de-Montarville, and Sainte-Catherine • Service multiple customer locations on a designated route • Receive and stock purchased products at customer locations • Scan orders as inventory is depleted to maintain proper stocking levels • Ensure inventory locations have accurate labeling and quantities • Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately in accordance with Grainger policy and procedure • Comply with Grainger and facility safety and inspection requirements • Achieve position KPIs • Perform machine break/fix activities at customer sites • Plan and execute customer inventory projects • Collect inventory data at customer sites • Support the KeepStock implementation process with accurate information • Stage, label, and organize products at customer sites • Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes • Perform assigned branch responsibilities • Generate new orders by identifying additional product needs and spot-buy opportunities • Execute the onsite service component of account strategy • Work with sales partners to improve customer experience and increase business • Travel as required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • 3+ years’ experience in a customer service or selling environment, such as retail, telephone, or warehouse • Self-motivated, high energy, and dedicated to customer service and sales growth • Comfortable using technology daily • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers and cross-functional partners using tact and diplomacy • Strong judgment and independent problem-solving skills • Understanding of Grainger’s Core Value Proposition • Ability to handle technical and operational issues • Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Background checks and drug screening may be required • May be required to use a personal vehicle with valid insurance meeting Grainger’s standards • Ability to attend customer sites • Willingness to comply with customer alcohol and drug screening procedures where required • Willingness to follow customer-site safety requirements and wear required PPE, which may include a hard hat, steel-toed safety boots, and facial-hair requirements for close-fitted N95 masks
