📋 Description

• Deliver complex and comprehensive multichannel digital programs for public sector clients • Execute programs across email, social media, SMS, and websites • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to launch and manage audience capture, engagement, and nurturing programs • Develop content for email, SMS, social media, and web-based campaigns • Translate strategy into written content, formatting ideas, A/B testing, social posts, creative content, brand monitoring, and follower/community management • Advise clients and coordinate editorial accuracy and quality standards • Collaborate with internal campaign and design teams and freelance contractors to create multimedia content • Serve as the primary client feedback conduit to GXG leadership • Execute client initiatives proactively, anticipate client needs, and guide decisions using data and best practices • Support Federal, State, and Local Sales and Customer Success Consultant teams in pursuing GXG opportunities • Represent GXG in speaking roles, panels, webinars, workshops, client outreach, and industry conferences • Become an expert on Granicus products and upcoming platform enhancements • Protect Granicus information assets and ensure employee and customer data privacy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of digital consulting or digital program management experience • Preferably experience in a digital/social media company serving government or at a government agency • Proficiency in digital communications tools; Granicus product experience preferred • Experience with email marketing, online collaboration, website content management systems, online forms, and social networks • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Passion for creative content development and delivery in a client-facing role • Strategic creative thinking with independence, autonomy, and sound judgment • Ability to enlist internal stakeholders and navigate client relationships • Strong portfolio demonstrating delivery across email, SMS, social, and web • Experience with A/B testing, data-informed content, and engagement-driving efforts • Understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends • Ability to work flexibly in a changing environment and under pressure • Ability to manage and scope simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience and/or enthusiasm for working with government • Passion for public service, citizen engagement, and digital communications • Strong personal initiative and on-time delivery of project tasks and deliverables • Awareness of government news, digital communications, and relevant industry developments • Willingness to travel up to 15% to customer sites and attend in-person meetings as needed • Must protect company information assets and complete required privacy training
