📋 Description

• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS based solutions. • Communicate and work effectively with others to create great high-quality software. • Proactively try to improve our processes and the quality of the products we deliver. • Come up with technical solutions to problems and push them through to implementation. • Assist the team in troubleshooting issues both in production and in the lower test environments. • Design, Strategize and Execute manual test cases for product being developed and enhanced. • Design and develop automated API tests. • Design and develop load/stress tests. • Design and develop accessibility tests. • Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines. • Mentor and provide technical training to team members. • Help train and onboard new hires. • Share knowledge with the broader engineering team. • Identify areas of risk and mitigate those areas to ensure stable releases. • AI Enablement to enhance speed, automation, and transformation. • Demonstrated ability to integrate, implement, or work with AI technologies, tools, or frameworks. • Experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, etc.,) to improve development productivity. • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and actively integrate relevant tools or practices into workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality SaaS based web applications. • Strong experience testing within an agile development process. • Strong experience with exploratory/edge/corner testing techniques and risk-based testing. • Strong experience in designing automation test frameworks such as Selenium, Robot, CodeceptJS, Cypress etc to develop automated end-to-end and API tests. • Strong experience using AI tools to generate and maintain test scripts. • Strong knowledge in automation coding for any language like Java/Python/C#/JavaScript etc. • Knowledge of database concepts testing (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL). • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment. • Experience with mentoring team members. • Commitment to quality and the craft of software testing. • Excellent communication and time management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passion for learning new things and the ability to do so quickly.
