📋 Description

• Expand new business opportunities on the West Coast • Collaborate with District Leaders to drive revenue growth across Grantek • Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients • Understand client needs and align Grantek services with their goals • Collaborate with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities • Implement lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach • Participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development • Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment • Develop strategic proposals and ensure client satisfaction and retention

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management • Experience within the automation industry is considered an asset • Post-secondary education in Engineering preferred • Leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to establish and nurture client relationships • Flexibility to travel up to 50% across North America
