📋 Description

• Track campaign progress and provide basic reporting, updates, or information to keep teams aligned • Identify gaps in understanding, documentation, or processes and recommend training opportunities • Collaborate across departments for seamless coordination and communication • Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance, talking points, and best practices • Translate complex digital campaign strategies into simple, easy-to-follow instructions • Support sales, ad operations, and product teams with campaign onboarding and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience; OR 3+ years of professional experience in customer service, client solutions, or digital media support • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Team player with a self-starter mentality • Familiarity with Google Platforms preferred • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other DSP Platforms preferred • Experience supporting digital marketing or advertising campaigns preferred
