📋 Description

• Support launch execution for priority vertical moments, including messaging development, launch planning, media strategy, stakeholder coordination, and post-launch follow-through • Own proactive campaigns across health, education, personal finance, and other verticals • Partner cross-functionally to identify storylines, build campaign calendars, and move work from idea to execution • Translate complex technical product work and OpenAI progress into clear, audience-specific narratives • Draft and refine messaging, pitches, briefing documents, talking points, FAQs, launch plans, media strategies, and executive-ready summaries • Monitor external sentiment, media narratives, and emerging risks • Help manage brand considerations, unblock dependencies, and keep campaigns moving • Build trusted cross-functional relationships and create clarity across fast-moving workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills, including making complex or technical topics clear, grounded, and human • Sound judgment on sensitive, trust-heavy topics, balancing opportunity, risk, and nuance • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple launches, campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and approvals simultaneously • Ability to operate independently, move quickly, and structure ambiguous work without heavy oversight
