📋 Description

• Translate operations strategy into a prioritized portfolio of data, analytics, and AI problems • Turn data into narratives that change specific operational decisions • Drive insights into contact-center and back-office workflows and own adoption • Qualify use cases for the central data team’s build queue • Write specifications covering definitions, shared data dependencies, and completion criteria • Evaluate delivered data products and determine whether they are correct • Shape and qualify AI applications for operations data • Represent operations in the use and governance of AI capabilities • Partner with the central data and engineering team to co-own use cases and deliver outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a data product owner, analytics, or data-SME role • Track record of data work that changed a business outcome • Fluency with operational data and reporting • Ability to interpret data and models critically without building them • Experience partnering with a central data organization • Strong communication, influence, and senior-stakeholder trust • Applied AI fluency, including AI and agentic capabilities and governance • Working knowledge of the modern data stack, including Snowflake and related tooling • Intellectual curiosity and ability to investigate data discrepancies • Empathy, adaptability, and ability to give and receive feedback • Preferred: insurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry background • Preferred: contact-center or operations domain experience, including Amazon Connect and Snowflake-based analytics • Preferred: hands-on experience defining dashboards or data products used by teams
