• Spearhead sales efforts across an assigned territory, building brand and ensuring exceptional customer experience • Represent Stella Saddlery at horse shows and equestrian events, actively identifying potential customers • Conduct expert saddle fittings for riders, trainers, industry professionals and their networks • Manage inventory of demo saddles and accessories diligently • Be a driving force for ideas and improvement to enhance the brand's impact and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Self-driven and highly motivated, with a comprehensive practical understanding of - and passion for - horses in western disciplines • Demonstrable experience within the equestrian world is a significant advantage • Proven sales and marketing aptitude • Valid driver's license and passport
