📋 Description

• Engage with prospects nationwide through phone and video meetings, showcasing GroupHEALTH employee benefits solutions • Exceed sales quotas and help businesses enhance their benefits offerings • Communicate with Canadian business leaders about their current employee benefits plans • Leverage qualified leads from the New Business Development team to create opportunities and close new business at or above quota • Educate and guide prospects through the decision-making process • Assess prospects' business goals • Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate and improve their benefits plans using GroupHEALTH tools • Create customized solutions that outperform prospects' existing plans • Hand prospects over to the Client Services team after they agree to move forward • Develop sales capabilities through hands-on prospecting experience with the BDR team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience • Insurance or group benefits experience is a plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Quick thinker with a knack for technology • Experience in cold calling and lead generation • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset • Bilingual spoken and written French is an asset • Must study for and obtain the LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license during the first two weeks • Ability to operate consistently at a high level in a remote environment • Candidates located within West Coast, Central, or East Coast time zones
